This Service Billing Module is based on this module.
Forum
The Forum Module gives the end-users the possibility to make
conversations on a defined subject in a virtual meeting room.
Request & Complaint Management
The Request & Complaint Management gives the CorBASE® users
the chance to make their requests and complaints about the CorBASE®
services and observe the reactions, activities and results about
their requests and complaints via the same web interface.
Subscription Management
The CorBASE® Administrators can manage the access control lists
for all CorBASE® services and applications via this management
module.
Portal
Portal gives the end-users the one&single-user interface
to all services given by the CorBASE®. The Portal can be managed
by the Portal Administration Module. |
