CTI
The extended CTI capabilities are migrated with the integration
of the available CTI System to the CorBASE®. On the CTI platform
CorBASE® adds its own applications like Personal Addressbook,
Missed Calls and Call Lists etc…
GSM
Gateway ReportsThis module gives the possibility to analyze
and investigate the feasibility of the installed gateways and
gateways , which will be installed in the future up to the needs
of the customer environment.This module shares the speech costs
related to the CDRs generated by the GSM gateways to the cost-centers.
Reports and Graphics
This module gives the possibility to the enduser to get the
reports and graphics for the load and feasibility of the installed
equipments and systems.
WAP Services
This module gives the ability to use some CorBASE® applications
via WAP.The WAP Call Application , which makes possible to be
called by a user found in the Corporate Directory via GSM Gateway,
needs the CTI Integration Module. |
