Modules Corporate Directory This module keeps the corporate informations of each employee in a database and gives the possibility to search the employees and their service datas via a smart search engine.The Corporate Directory is the mandatory module for the Inventory Management Module and the Call Center Module. Inventory Management This module keeps the detailed telecom and IT inventory datas of each employee and gives the possibility to search the employees and the registered inventory items via a smart search engine.The Inventory Management is based on the Corporate Directory Module and the inventory datas can be added only if the user has been identified in the Corporate Directory Module.The Billing Module is based on the Inventory Management Module. Call Center Via the Call Center Module the agent scan search for a user with all supported fields and additionally with keywords. The agents have the ability to add their own keywords for the users in order to find them more quickly .The CTI Module's features add some functionalities to the Call Center Module like forwarding calls to the found user's phone via the web interface of the CorBASE®. Agent Reports The Agent Reports Module presents the Agent Reports of the Call Center Solution available in the corporate via the web interface in a dynamic format and store the report datas on the CorBASE®'s database. |

BillingService BillingThe Service Billing generated in conjuction with the Inventory Management and Service & Product Management Module can be splitted to the cost-centers and stored in the database for the future investigations and searchs.The authorized cost-center users can search the previous billing datas from the database over the same web interface. Communication Billing The CDRs generated by the HDMS/PSTNs are stored in the CorBASE®'s database and the communication costs can be shared to the cost-centers by the right calculation keys generated by the datas in the Inventory Module.This module gives the opportunity to back-distribution of the shared costs generated by the break-out system in the great WANs to the cost-centers.The authorized users can investigate the previous costs and the costs and details of the user's calls in their cost-centers. Network Billing The usage logs generated by the Proxy and Mail Servers are stored in the CorBASE®'s database and the network costs can be shared to the cost-centers by the right calculation keys generated by the datas in the Inventory Module.The authorized users can investigate the previous costs and the costs and details of the user's calls in their cost-centers. Product & Service ManagementThe Product & Service Management Module gives the CorBASE® users to add, delete and update products and services. This Service Billing Module is based on this module. Forum The Forum Module gives the end-users the possibility to make conversations on a defined subject in a virtual meeting room. Request & Complaint Management The Request & Complaint Management gives the CorBASE® users the chance to make their requests and complaints about the CorBASE® services and observe the reactions, activities and results about their requests and complaints via the same web interface. Subscription Management The CorBASE® Administrators can manage the access control lists for all CorBASE® services and applications via this management module. Portal Portal gives the end-users the one&single-user interface to all services given by the CorBASE®. The Portal can be managed by the Portal Administration Module. |

On the CTI platform CorBASE® adds its own applications like Personal Addressbook, Missed Calls and Call Lists etc… GSM Gateway ReportsThis module gives the possibility to analyze and investigate the feasibility of the installed gateways and gateways , which will be installed in the future up to the needs of the customer environment.This module shares the speech costs related to the CDRs generated by the GSM gateways to the cost-centers. Reports and Graphics This module gives the possibility to the enduser to get the reports and graphics for the load and feasibility of the installed equipments and systems. WAP Services This module gives the ability to use some CorBASE® applications via WAP.The WAP Call Application , which makes possible to be called by a user found in the Corporate Directory via GSM Gateway, needs the CTI Integration Module. |

Other Services Value Added Services Development Some customer specific services can be developed by the BilPark Technology and placed on the CorBASE® solution. Support & Consultancy The BilPark Technology is always ready for giving support and consultancy for the customer in-house developed services related to their needs. The BilPark Technology gives additional support for creating a centeral management system for the distributed CorBASE® systems in different locations. Maintenance Agreements Different types of the Maintenance Agreements related to the purposes and the response time requests can be generated with the Service Layer Agreement Concept. This feature will guarentee the availibilty of the solution back to back for both side, the customer and the BilPark Technology. Architecture CorBASE® as web based solution needs a presentation layer formed by the web servers. The N-Tier concept will cause to gather the all business logic on the business logic layer, which reduces the load on the data layer. This concept gives the flexibility feature to the CorBASE® solution. The flexibility feature supplies the platformfreedom support.All submodules, which are running in the satellite concept over the open system architecture -OSA- around the basic system, can communicate with the outer world over the basic system.The developed services can be combined with the CorBASE® Solution via this OSA of the Basic System, which runs on the application server. |

Implementation The IMPLEMENTATION of the CorBASE® Solution can be realized in the two types;1. Decentral2. Central The decentral IMPLEMENTATION can be applied in the situation, where each location has huge data to store or each location is too seperate from each other.But a central management system can give the support to manage all data on each location without storing them on the centrum. The central IMPLEMENTATION is then meaningful and reasonable if the number of the locations is huge and the number of the units on each location is too low (and the data amount is low in the same time).The central IMPLEMENTATION supports to store all data in the central location through gathering all data from each location in the predefined frequency via network and/or data connections. can create accesses to each kind of the major SQL database
servers and present its dynamic pages via each kind of the
