Project Management
This module is a mandatory basic module for the user's access rights and task definitions and creating projects. The related project documents can be down-/uploaded for sharing purposes easily.
Corporate Directory
This module is storing the corporate-based datas for each user. Instead of this module the exisiting HR module can be migrated to the ProBASE® system and used easily. If there is no such kind module, than this module is a mandatory basic module as well.
Report & Alarm Management
The alarms can be user-defined or standard. The users can be notified via web interface and/or e-mail about the alarms.
By leveraging ProBASE® Report Module, project executives and managers can generate real-time multidimensional views, graphs and reports to optimize the performance of their investments. Using ProBASE®, organizations can finally think and run their departments like a successful business (new release).
Capacity & Resource Planning
This module optimizes skill usage and ensures that all critical resources are productively aligned with high priority projects. By integrating all project areas in one software solution, ProBASE® enables your globally-dispersed teams to communicate, collaborate, report on and track project time, costs, progress and team performance over a (secure) web connection.
Time & Cost Management
The Time Tracking module transcends beyond the uni-dimensional timesheet to a complete, yet simple, team information capture system. It was designed with a number of innovative timesaving features, combining activity time tracking with the capture of forecast information. Each assignment can therefore include actual time and estimate to complete. Assignments can also be constrained by including a forecast start and finish date.
This module provides project managers with the ability to estimate capital costs and consumable budgets and time phase them across the life of the project. Because this ability is actually integrated into our enterprise portfolio/project management solution, the organization benefits from a single source of expense related project performance information. To facilitate the capture and tracking of incurred and/or committed expenses, ProBASE enables project participants to enter expense information against appropriate accounting charge codes using a straightforward and intuitive expense entry and reporting interface.
Risk Management
All projects and their steps can be analyzed via the risk management module. Within this module all necessary contingency and mitigation plans can be entered. Forum
The forum provides the user a platform to share the information and ideas across the projects.
Complaint Management
The users can send their complains related to the ProBASE® system to the administrator via web interface and tarck the actions taken by the responsible persons.
Bulletin
The users can be informed about the chances/new features about the ProBASE® system via bulletin module by the administrator or other purposes by the responsible persons.
Document Management
ProBASE® provides document management, including document brief description,creation, review and approvals. This management system provides a logical, visual and intuitive document association environment, making it easy to locate and retrieve pertinent information. All documents aggregates to the associated project element, and can be instantly viewed.
Private Information
Team members can also create steps to break down the task into more manageable pieces. They can break down the required effort for each step and report at that level of granularity. This provides the team member with his/her own "To Do" list for each project assignment. Each step can also include actual time, estimate to complete and percent complete and have the inter-project dependencies. Additionally there will be AddressBook, Task and Calendar sub modules to synchronize with the external messaging and collobration systems (new release).
Synchronization
ProBASE® integrates with Microsoft® Project 2000 and 2002, adding support for extensive multi-project portfolio scheduling and leveling. At any time projects and tasks can be created and distributed from within the repository. The project manager can consolidate these tasks to benefit from a critical path-scheduling engine using the schedule synchronization functions. By improving on the project repository 'lock' feature, the system ensures that no changes to the projects or programs are made during synchronization. Except these there will be another migration to the Microsoft® Exchange Server and its applications (new release).
