When you fill out the contact form, your full name, email address, phone number, and message content are processed.

3. Purposes of Processing

To respond to the information, quote, and support requests you submit; to manage customer relations; and to fulfill legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis

KVKK Article 5/2-c: being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and Article 5/2-f: the legitimate interest of the data controller.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except for legal obligations. No transfers abroad are made.

6. Retention Period

Your data is retained for 2 years from the fulfillment of your request; upon expiry of this period, it is securely deleted or destroyed.

7. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)

Regarding your personal data, you have the right to: learn whether it is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; learn about domestic/international transfers; request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed; request its deletion or destruction; object to outcomes against you resulting from automated systems; and demand compensation for damages you incur due to unlawful processing.

I give my explicit consent to BilPark processing my full name, email address, phone number, and message content that I share through the contact form, for the purpose of responding to the request, question, or quote I submit and contacting me when necessary.

Limits of Consent

This consent is limited only to the response and information regarding the request I submit. My personal data will not be used for commercial, promotional, or marketing purposes beyond this purpose.

Withdrawal of Consent

I know that I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. I may submit my withdrawal request in writing to info@bilpark.com. Withdrawing my consent does not render unlawful the processing carried out before the date of withdrawal.
