Since its foundation, BilPark has developed internet-based products. The underlying principle of all its products — BMBASE, BTBASE, SeMaBASE, DoXBASE, and Konguru CRM — is a web-based, accessible-from-anywhere structure that requires no installation. It also uses the internet experience it gained while developing its products to develop custom software solutions.
BilPark develops its custom software solutions entirely on .NET-based technologies.
Under SANTEZ support, the software side of a doctoral-thesis study conducted by the Istanbul Technical University (İTÜ) project management center was tendered to BilPark. It was developed together with the professors, faculty members, and master's students of the construction and architecture faculty.
The core aim of the project is to manage construction projects — from the 3D CAD design stage to the project plan, from subcontractors to progress-payment calculations — keeping every detail (tracking actual cost on a revision basis with the earned value calculation algorithm) and allowing all parties involved (the project management company, the project owner, subcontractors, the CAD office) to be tracked from a single interface on a project-based collaborative basis.
In this project, BilPark's business management product BMBASE was taken as the base; detailed project management, transfer of CAD 3D designs via the IFC infrastructure, and costing, change-request, and quantity-takeoff modules were added to it. This new BMBASE was named BMBASE4c (BMBASE for Construction).
The most important and differentiating part was done in the cost calculations. BMBASE4c was made capable of reading the drawing files of buildings drawn in 3D by the design teams. Thus, all building-related data could be transferred from the drawings into BMBASE4c, enabling both detailed cost calculations and easier project planning.
For BMBASE4c to understand 3D drawings, the drawings must be created with software that supports IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) construction libraries. AutoCAD Architecture — the architectural vertical version of AutoCAD preferred by most architects — or Autodesk Revit can convert 3D drawings into the IFC format.
Thanks to BMBASE4c's IFC comprehension, quantity take-off lists can be obtained quickly on any desired basis from the designs transferred into BMBASE4c. By adding the cost-calculation dimension to 3D drawings, it is referred to as a 4D solution in construction-industry terminology.


BilPark put the web-based software side of the "BEP Regulation (Building Energy Performance Regulation)", published by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, into service.
İZODER, the company appointed by the ministry to manage and implement this project, chose to work with BilPark for the software side.
The aim of the BEP-TR project is to issue energy efficiency certificates to buildings of certain typologies in Türkiye using a single central software. These typologies are:

After the following definitions about the building are made, it performs error/deficiency checks, takes into account the climate conditions of the building's location, and calculates at a resolution of 365 days × 24 hours:
BilPark's custom software team carries out a large number of reporting projects, particularly ones that work integrated with different systems.
For companies that find the reporting capabilities of their existing systems insufficient, or that find additional report-development processes too costly, BilPark has created a reporting platform.
To use this SQL-based platform, BilPark first visits the customer, analyzes the system in use, identifies the integration points, then builds this integration and brings the reporting system up.
The reporting system is web-based, and every report can be filtered, pivoted, and sorted with the ease of Microsoft Excel.

The reporting system has been integrated with BMBASE, SeMaBASE, NETSIS, LOGO, and many custom software systems, and is currently in use.
BilPark delivers most of the solutions it develops as web-based applications. When needed, it also develops Windows-based desktop applications. The character-agreement tracking software it developed for Filma Ltd. is an example of this.



Filma Ltd. brings characters from abroad to Türkiye and sells the usage rights of these characters to manufacturers operating in Türkiye, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe.
All accessory, toy, apparel, stationery, bag, shoe, and watch agreements for the WinxClub, Le Petit Prince, Huntik, and PopPixie characters they currently sell are tracked with the custom Windows software developed by BilPark.
The software distributes and consolidates the quarterly sales reports coming from companies into the relevant agreements and performs very detailed commission calculations. It also aggregates the shares of the foreign brand-owner companies into a single report, allowing complete reconciliation.

BilPark has developed RFID-based solutions that combine the physical event experience with digital social media sharing.
BilPark began developing software on the social media side with the custom solution it developed for Rock'n Coke 2011, which enabled participants to share content on Facebook via RFID wristbands without using a mobile phone or computer.
The application, which was greatly appreciated at Rock'n Coke 2011, was later used in two more events sponsored by Coca-Cola.

BilPark turned this solution into a product and named it Share@Site.
Today, Share@Site has become a very comprehensive product capable of sharing text, photos, and check-ins on Facebook and Twitter.
BilPark also uses the social media application development experience it gained through Share@Site to develop other custom applications for companies.
